Every Virixia plan includes unlimited user accounts at no extra cost. There is no per-seat fee, no tiered user cap, and no hidden overage charges. If someone on your team needs access, they get access.

Procore offers unlimited users but prices you based on your Annual Construction Volume (ACV). The more revenue your company generates, the more you pay—regardless of how many users you have. Virixia charges a flat monthly fee based on the features you need. Your revenue is irrelevant to your bill.

You own 100% of your data at all times. Virixia hosts and manages your instance, but your data is never locked in. You can export everything—projects, files, contacts, financials—anytime with a single click. No exit fees, no data hostage situations. Your documents and files live in your own storage provider (Cloudflare R2, Google Drive, or Dropbox). Virixia adds zero markup.

Yes. You can change plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. No penalties either way.

Correct. Every plan is month-to-month. You can cancel at the end of any billing cycle with no penalty, no early termination fee, and no retention calls.

Yes. You choose a plan and pay at signup—your workspace is provisioned immediately afterwards. There is no free trial period; plans are month-to-month and you can cancel any time from your admin dashboard.

Not right now—every plan is billed monthly. We're working on annual plans and will let customers know as soon as they're available.

Every plan includes a one-time setup fee charged with your first payment: $250 on Starter, $500 on Growth, $500 on Professional, and $1,000 on Enterprise. It covers provisioning your dedicated workspace and its initial configuration. You pay it once at signup and never again. Setup fees are non-refundable—see our Refund Policy.
