Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 1, 2026

At Virixia, we believe in fair, transparent billing. We don't lock you into long contracts or charge hidden fees. Here's exactly how refunds and cancellations work.

Month-to-Month Plans

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
  • We do not offer partial-month refunds for monthly plans.

Setup Fees

Every plan includes a one-time setup fee, charged together with your first month: $250 (Starter), $500 (Growth), $500 (Professional), and $1,000 (Enterprise). It covers provisioning your dedicated workspace and its initial configuration, and is charged once at signup — never again.

Setup fees are non-refundable, including if you cancel during your first billing period. The work they cover is performed as soon as your workspace is created, which happens immediately after checkout.

Refunds we do issue are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

How to Cancel

Cancellation is simple and self-service — no phone calls, no retention teams, no hoops:

  1. Log in to your Virixia admin dashboard.
  2. Go to Settings → Billing.
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription".

That's it. One click. You can also contact [email protected] if you need assistance.

Zero Exit Fees

Virixia never charges exit fees, early termination fees, or data export fees. When you cancel:

  • You retain access to your account until the end of the billing period.
  • You can export all of your data (CSV, JSON, PDF) at no charge.
  • Your data is available for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available for:

  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Chargebacks filed without first contacting our support team.
